"Your task is not to seek love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

The Baltimore Annapolis

Center for Integrative Healing

  • Do you wish for deep, meaningful connections with friends, family and your partner? Have you suspected for a while that there is just something about you that is different, and if other people knew the real you they wouldn't like you as much? Perhaps difficult childhood experiences continue to bother you as an adult, leaving you feeling worthless, or not good enough. You don't have to be perfect - nobody is. But if you are ready to connect with your true self and live authentically and wholeheartedly, contact us to discuss how we can help! All of the clinicians in our practice are kind, compassionate, experienced and trauma-sensitive. Scroll down this page for information on each clinician.

  • Looking for a therapist can be overwhelming. It's scary to think of telling a stranger your deepest inner thoughts and feelings. You may think that you should be able to deal with your problems on your own. You don't know if the person will understand how you feel. You may secretly suspect there is something wrong with you that can't be changed. But you've been feeling so bad for so long and you know it's time to do something about it. You're not alone!
